i got 73.39 percentile in cet and 60.92 in jee so which college is good for mechanical engineering in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Pune

Congrats on your Score in MHT CET and JEE Main. Since you have not mentioned your Reservation Category, I have taken it to be General Category and taking your JEE Main Score into consideration! Below are some of the Colleges where your Score was under their closing score in 2019:
