Unfortunaltely no,if you belong to the general cateogory and have mere of 74.25 percentage as best of four  in your class 12th boards examinations .Getting admissions to  Bachelor's  course in any field/stream  of the University of Delhi , New Delhi would be difficult as the cutoffs for undergraduate courses are very high .
