I got 74.34 marks in gate mechanical set 2 2019,is there any chance to get an old iit for doing mtech And what rank can i expect ?

Congratulations on your performance.
Considering your marks and assuming that you are a general category aspirant, you should be able to get admission in most of the old IITs, though in IIT Kanpur and IIT Bombay you will get the less preferred disciplines.
