I got 7443 in common merit rank and 2237 in category (OBC-NCL)merit rank...can I get FD in any NIFT Colleges

Generally cutoffs are not same in each and every year. As it depends upon various factors like difficulty level of the paper, no. of students appearing for the exam, etc. hence it changes every year.
In general if you consider previous year cutoffs then also it is impossible to get a seat in Fashion Design with this cmr.
Last year the closing rank for NIFT Kangra was around 4520.
