Getting a  percentile of 75 means your expected general rank will be about 217252.
Considering last year scenario the cut off for OBC was 74 and that for general was 89. Thus the you have chance of qualifying with your OBC quota but clearing general cutoff seems to be difficult with this percentile.

I suggest you to appear for the April session exam and try to score better.

If a candidate secure 85 or above percentile in JEE main then they have good chances of qualifying JEE main and eligible to appear for JEE advanced.In 2019 the cut off for OBC-NCL was 74.31 percentile and for General category it is 89.75.So you may not qualify for JEE advanced.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
