i got 7700 rank in eamcet there is a chance to get a seat in jntuk in cse branch

You didn't mention your category which is an important factor of determining your college and group, however I'm providing the details for all the categories,
If you belong to Sc, st ,Bc-A then you have good chances of getting Cse at jntu kakinada as per the previous year cutoff. For other categories the cutoff was far away from your rank.
