Honestly in 78k rank it's not possible to get cse branch in any of the NITs or Universities through JOSAA. If you belong to SC/ST category then it is quite possible for you to get the cse branch.

Or else try for home state colleges to available maximum benefit.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
