You can get admission in BA at Panjab University at 80% but as you know the admission is based on First Come, First Serve Basis so you have to be there st the time of counselling and moreover the seats are limited per subject.

It might be a possibility that if you come late the seats for Psychology could have already been filled

There are a total of five subjects in BA at Panjab University out of which an individual decides three and General English and History and Culture of Panjab are compulsory

At University Campus there is only Evening BA offered

And you can also get Psychology as honors in the 2nd year if you obtain a total of 100 Marks in first 2 semesters and pass all the subjects.
