Hello aspirant,
If you belong to reserved categories you should get 80+ percentile score in nits or iits .for general 95+ percentile score is enough to get in nit iiit colleges.

For top Nits a rank below 10000 would get you a seat in nit as per the previous year Cutoff.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. You could use the following link to know which colleges you might get based on your scores.
