I got 85 percentile in CAT, can I expect GIM GOA?

Yes definitely dont give up try for it. You can also try Cmat in January and try getting 95+ as a backup it will definitely help you to increase your chances in securing a call and convert it.

To be eligible for admission in GIM, Goa the candidates must score around 80 percentile in CAT.
