I got 85.12 percentile in CET 2018. I belong to ST category but i am from Assam. Will i be consider as ST or open category during CAP round?

If you are candidate outside of Maharashtra, you will be treated as an open category candidate no matter what your category is. Hope this answers your querry!

According your score you can apply for the colleges for Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, Mumbai, MAEER's MIT School of Management, Pune, Zagdu Singh Charitable Trust's Thakur Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai etc. You can check MAH CET cutoff with the give below link.

Are the expected cutoff of MAH-CET by Careers360 reliable? Would it anywhere be near the actual cutoff? I have secured 89.84 percentile in MAH-CET. And the expected cutoff of MAH-CET by Careers360 for IES college is 89.57. So does that mean I will surely get a seat in IES?
