Hey! Yes you can easily get CSE and IT Branches in Harcourt Butler Technical university, Kanpur with your rank in jee-main.

In first round counseling of HBTU ..I did not got anything..Even though i belong to home state quota.Will i get cse or IT in second round counseling???

Based on previous year cut-offs you have a chance of getting it in second round.
