You have to wait for official results which was released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA.

This results are released after the second jEE mains exam is conducted on April.

Hello. Based on your current percentile your probable rank is around 135,004 - 155,004 . (Assuming you in general category). And based on last year's cutoff for Computer Science in Sv NIT Surat the opening and closing rank for home quota was 1867 and 9455 respectively. And for all india quota the opening and closing rank was 2498 and 4240 respectively.  (All the ranks are for General category candidates.)

So clearly based on your current percentile and probable rank you may not be eligible for Computer Science and engineering in SV NIT.

But do not panic. You still have one more chance to improve your percentile as NTA will consider best of the two attempts. I would recommend that you study hard and try to get a percentile of 95+ in the April session.
