I got 98.1074117 percentile in Jee paper January. I belong to OBC NCL. Can I get admission in SVNIT surat CS branch from state quota??

Considering that you belong to the OBC category your rank range will be around 21,041 - 22,641 and your probable category rank range will be 4849 - 5149.

After considering the percentile mentioned by you, you may be eligible for sitting in JEE ADVANCED. But we cannot confirm if you will get a seat in SVNIT yet with the stream you desire, you have to wait for the final rank list but for now, you can use the college predictor I have linked it below.

So, my suggestion is you should start your preparations for JEE Advance and with good score in JEE Advance, you can get into a good NIT with the stream of your choice.
