As per your query, From 86 percentile your All India rank in JEE Mains will be around 169542-92303.

As you mentioned that you belongs to ST category you have high chances in NIT of you home state where you did you 10+2, you have some chances to get admission in any other NITs, I suggest you to apply in both AIQ and State Quota counselling from AIQ do no forget to fill choices in GFTI and IIIT and from state quota counselling you may get NIT seat too
