See with OBC category and such percentile it is quite difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs even you deserves Home state quota for it because even after having Home state quota you would neither meet the cut-off rank for NIT Warangal nor of IIIT Kurnool and because they take till 20000 of OBC ranks but your OBC rank is coming out to be around 27000-28000.
But you can try for private colleges discussed below or you can appear for state counselling for GFTIs.
