Hello Rahul,
As per the cutoffs released for various categories the cutoff of general candidate for being eligible for JEE advanced is 89.7548849. Anyone not crossing this limit is not eligible for JEE advanced.
And however unfortunate it sounds, you are not eligible for taking JEE advanced in 2019.
