i got 90.0 percentile in jee mains 2020,i have ews can i get good nit or IIIT or good GFTI

You should have mentioned your rank too. 90 percentile means 85000 - 115000 general rank and 9000 - 11500 ews rank. It will be quite tough for you to get NITs. You have not mentioned your home state too. You may get following NITs.
