I got 91% (456/500) in 12th standard in 2019. how much % of scholarship I get in Btech course?

You will not get a scholarship in a college based on 12th grade board marks. You need to apply to individual scholarships in the college you want to go to, based on what marks you get in competetive exams. Schlarships in these colleges can depend on semester CGPA or other tests that they may take.

There is no general scholarship scheme that you can opt for with the mentioned percentage, it depends on the institution you apply in. It will differ in government colleges to private colleges and also a major factor is played by the category you belong to.Rest depends upon your parents annual income and then a proper scholarship can be selected for you and that will decide the % scholarship amount negotiated.
