I got 92.79 in paper 1 and CRL 8100.And 90% in II PU. Can I get a seat in NITK SURATHKAL in E&C Or EEE?

No, if you are a general category student, then you have definitely no chances of getting admission in any of the NITs or IIITs. But you can expect admission in top private colleges through state counselling.
