Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like
*Number of students appeared in the exam
*Category
*Difficulty level of the exam
*Number of seats available, etc.
You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
It is difficult to get B. Pharmacy seat for your KCET Rank as it is very high rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get seat then try for Management quota seats.
