I got 9440 rank in pessat 2019? Can I allotted other good colleges through pessat score in CSE or ECE branch by pes university??

Considering your rank and previous year's statistics, you cannot get computer science engineering or electronics and communication engineering in pes university. However wait for the counselling process, it can be very unpredictable at times.
