There are 1320 seats in total and about 420 in cse . 70% Seats are reserved for state quota. If you do belong to the state quota then definitely you will get a seat . If you are in the all india quota and without any reservation , then you are on the edge as you can see from the 2018 cutoff for cse .

Rank wise cutoff according to merit list in 2018 were :

Cse : below 900

Mech : below 1200

Ece : below 1600

MIT Pune , Open category,  2016 cutoffs were :

Comp : 2644 rank

IT : 4096 rank

EnTC : 6416 rank

Mech : 2293 rank .

So you have a high chance of getting admission in main campus in CSE .
