As per your percentile , your ranking will be as follows
100- percentile no.of total candidates /100
= 100-97.586 869010100
= 21,125.
As per your ranking you can get into NIT Manipur( CSE), Sikkim (CSE), Raipur (electronics), Jalandhar(electronics), Hamirpur (both CSE and electronics) ,Rourkela(electronics), provided if you have home state quota in all these states.

Dear aspirant, congratulation on scoring a good percentile in the JEE MAIN examination. According to your percentile your expected rank is about 21,125. But with this rank you cannot get computers science or ece branches in any NITs as cutoff for this branches is quite high.
