i got 9.8 in 10 and 95 percentage in 12 standard and 82 percentage in undergraduate (till 3rd year ) how much should i score in cat

Firstly you scored Very well till now congratulations for that ! Talking of cat that is required for iims. In very general terms top 10-20 Indian institute of management consider scores above 120 as a very good number and place you in the 90th percentile . Further scores and admissions vary from college to college .

You have a pretty good score in you 10th, 12th and graduation. You can expect a profile based calls from b-schools. Also if you achieve a total percentile of 96+ and clear the sectional cut offs, you have a good chance of getting into top b-schools of India. So all you need to do is focus on your studies and make it to 96+.

If there is an option, then I'll suggest you to go ahead only if you are confident enough that you'll score more. The higher the percentage you have in your grad and 10+2, the higher the chances of getting a call from top b-schools.
