I got 98.0271583 percentile in jee mains paper 2 , can i get spa delhi or other top colleges

It depends on your rank if you get into various colleges or not. The official rankings will be released after the April session of the exam. Your predicted rank is about 2860. You might get into various colleges and NITs, however this rank may change as the official rankings will be considering only the best of your two scores.
