You score in Jee Mains is good. But for IIT, IIITs Jee Advance score is much more important as in counselling they will see your Jee advance score only
Yes you can opt for the iiit hyderabad for sure it is also good college but for your percentile you will easily get the NIT so please try to opt for top NIT's like NITK, nit warnagal and many more
