Hey,
Your score is good, but if you see previous year cut-offs of IIIT Hyderabad, CSE branch, then it was around 99 percentile. So, you may not get admissions if it remains same.
According to your score, you rank will be around 86,900. You can calculate it using the formula:
(100- your percentile)869010/100.
Here, 869010 is the number of candidates who appeared in the JEE mains January session.
If the number of candidates in April session changes, than your rank will change. Also, this is general rank, we still don't have category specific ranks.

If you wish to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad itself, then you can appear in April session. After that, the best among the two will be considered, so if your score less in April session, then January session scores will be considered final.
