I got 98.77 precentile in jee mains 2021. I am planning to take CSE core. Will i get this course in NIT? Which NIT will be best for it even if I dont give jee advanced?

At this rank you hold very good chances of getting admission in NITs like bhopal,patna and meghalaya and calicut(if home state quota).
