It is quite difficult to calculate your actual rank but your approximate rank can be calculated by using the below formula:
(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100.
here 869010 is a number of candidate appeared for the January session of exam.
Now your aproximate rank would be: 6561.
If we go with the previous year record of JEE mains cut off then yes you definitely have chances of some NITs where you can have admission in cs and IT branch with your calculated rank.

As the no of Candidates in January session was around 869010.
So your rank will be 6561
But if the no of candidates in April session increases to 12 lakh then your rank will be vary accordingly.
So you can get a good nit in C's branch .
