Hi Joshal,

I understand that you want to select the college that you were allotted in round 1 as your choice for round 2 of SEAT counselling and so to answer your question you may most definitely choose your college of preference while exercising your option of choosing your college even though this is the same college that you got allotted in round 1 of counselling.
