I got a GRE score of 314 ( 155-verbal and 159-quant). Is it a good score for doing MS in MIS from MIT?

Although there is no set minimum
GRE
score requirement for admission to any of MIT's graduate programs, the average score for admitted students is generally high, especially for quantitative analysis. As your program of preference is an MS program, an ideal quantitative score would be 165+ for admission to MIT, with the verbal score being less scrutinized.
Regardless, if the remaineder of your application material is strong then you may be able to gain admission to the graduate program.
