I got a rank of 29706 in ap eamcet.So i want to join in Raghu engineering college in cse branch.And the cutoff for that branchi is 29916.So my question is either i will get seat in that college or not.............????

As you have secured a rank below the cut off rank in 2019 to get admission in to Computer Science Engineering in Raghu Engineering College, Bheemunipatnam you have decent chances of getting seat in this college. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors.
So according to this can u say either the cutoff increases or decreases.
