i got a seat in csab special round 1 and i opted float and paid the acceptance fee but in second round i didn't get a seat so can i get the refund if i do not want the alloted seat of special round 1 ?

Hi aspirant,

No you would not be eligible to get any refunds now. According to the guidelines release by CSAB, if a candidate is allotted any seat in initial round and he or she decides to to participate in the second round in hope of any upgrade while accepting the initially allotted seat then he or she cannot withdraw from the counselling process. However in the first round t he candidates  have the option to either freeze, float, or cancel their allotted seat.
