i got a seat in josaa round 4 and I pay the seat acceptance fee... but i want participate in spot round. so i have pay the fee again.. (if so how much)..? may I eligible for spot round...

Dear student,
Central Seat Allocation Board conducts csab special round counseling and this special round counseling is organized for filling the vacant seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest after josaa counseling .
Now as you have paid seat acceptance fees in josaa then that means you have accepted the seat and want to retain it. If you are retaining your josaa seat then also you can participate in csab special round counseling.
And for participating in csab special round counseling, you have to pay the participation fees of rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd) or Rs. 36500 ( for general /obc ). And if you got allotted any seat in csab special round counselling and you accept it, then you have not to pay once again the seat acceptance fees, because you have already paid that in josaa counselling.

Rs. 36500 is registration or participation fees for csab special round counseling. Its not seat acceptance fees.
If you have paid seat acceptance fees once in josaa, then there is no need for again paying the seat acceptance fees if you accept the seat in csab special round counselling.
