Yes, you may eligible for 2nd round of ap eamcet but leave your current college and then go for 2nd round of ap eamcet is not a good option, So my suggestion is you may take participant in 2nd round but not leave your current college and after you get admission through ap eamcet then you may leave your current college and before that your current college is your backups.

According to the rules of counselling set by AP EAMCET, it is very clear that if you might have opted for reject and upgrade option in the first round of counselling could it be that you appear for the second round. However, you have selected option to accept and report to the college further which you may not participate in further rounds of counselling in AP EAMCET.
