Hi

Yes, provided you score more than 30% of total marks in English. If you're a general candidate you need minimum 45% aggregate else for a reserved candidate it is 40%.

For admission in btech Jadavpur University the eligibilty criteria is 60% in pcm aggregate and 60% in maths and for reserved category (OBC NCL, OBC CL, SC/ST, PwD) 45% aggregate in pcm and 45% in maths. So is the reserved category relaxation is only for domicile of Bengal or other state also.
