I got bds seat in second round counselling if I wont take the allotment order am I eligible to the mopup round in telangana counselling

As you have been allotted a seat in the second round of counselling, you have to report to that college if you wish to get admission there. But if you are not satisfied with your seat, then you don't have to report to that college. You can participate in the mop up round of Neer Telangana Counselling 2020.
