I got married and I am pursuing MA 1st year from Delhi (IGNOU) Now I leave in maharashtra. Can i transfer my 2nd year in maharashtra.

Hello Khushbu. Yes of course you can change your university after your 1st year. All you have to do ask your previous college to provide you with all the details that are needed by your new college in order to get admission. I don't think there should be any problem in changing university after the 1st year because students keep doing that.
