Yes you are eligible for NEET. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET. If you have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a minimum aggregate of 50%, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you are studying B.Sc in Computer Science, your qualification code will be 07. Code 07 is for Candidates who are studying any other examination that has scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study consist of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology; that includes practical test in all the given subjects) that found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking the subjects PCB including practical tests in each of the subjects and English as a compulsory subjects.

There is no upper limit of age in neet and there is no restriction of number of attempts in neet. So if you fullfill all other eligibility criteria of neet then you are eligible to take neet exam.
