I got rank 1402 in JAM in chemistry ,can I get chance in IIT Kharagpur ? I am a PWD Candidate.

I'm afraid, i would have to say no to it. since the only way to enter the prestigious IIT's is through JEE, you better share the JEE score to be analysed by for your potentials. all the best.
