I got seat in iit in josaa. Am I eligible to participate in CSAB special round. If I get seat fee , paid to iit , be refundable? please clarify me sir

Congratulations on getting an IIT Seat.
First, anyone who has participated or even not participated in JOSAA Counselling is allowed to register for CSAB because the CSAB Registration is a fresh process.
If you have paid the seat acceptance fee and yet choose to participate for CSAB and then you will be asked to pay for Rs36,500 (may change this year, this cost was in 2019) and incase you get a seat in CSAB, your fee paid in JOSAA and CSAB will be adjusted with 1st semester fees of your college. Incase any amount is refunded due to seat forfeit, only a small amount (Rs. 1500 in 2019) is deducted as a fine.
