I hope you are doing well, about your question, with reference to the information available PEC doesn't offer a direct fee waivers on reservation, but they do give a merit based scholarship to their students.

Fee Waiver for EWS / PwD / Women;

These fee-waivers are available in the form of full free-ship on tuition fee.  This shall be awarded to the students on the basis of JEE (Main) rank list.

Each branch has a different level of distribution of these fee waivers.

It is as follows;

Note I have only mentioned about EWS category;

• Aerospace Engineering-2
• Civil Engineering-5
• CSE-5
• ECE-5
• Mechanical Engineering-5
• Materials and Metallurgical Engg.-3
• Production and Industrial  Engineering-2

That sums up a total of 32 + 1

I.e. ("1 seat will be allotted to Civil and Electrical Engg. department combined and shall be decided on the of the income criteria ")
