See as you have mentioned that you have been allotted a seat in Round 1 of NEET counselling then you have some options like either you go with it or you can also go for seat upgradation with this seat being reserved. So according to the question you want to upgrade the seat then what you have to do is just report to the allotted college and pay the required amount, then go for Round 2 and if you an upgraded set would be allotted to you then earlier allotted seat will automatically be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to you within few working days. Suppose no seat will be allotted to you then also your current will be kept reserved until and unless you cancel it.
