Hello,
I believe in recognising the realistic side of problems, even if I advocate taking your time to realise your ambitions.
Given that you are taking the exam for the fourth time and are still struggling, it's possible that this is not your field and you should try something else. Because, let's face it, there is a lot of competition these days.
I'm not trying to put you off. But if something still doesn't work out after all this time, it's time to move on and try something else.
I have no connection to the medical industry, therefore I can't advise you on how to further your career.
But first, you mention feeling depressed; life is more than only studying. Yes, a person's work identifies them, and it should be kept effectively, but mental wellness should always come first.
I would advise holding onto hope and pursuing other options. Try earning a friend's trust or the trust of your parents and siblings. Inform them that you require their assistance. Inform them that you require assistance. Make sure they are aware of the truth.
Never Give Up and Always Do Your Best!!
The future holds better things for you!!
Good Luck!!
