I had studied intermediate MPC(Maths, Physics, Chemistry). Can I join degree b.com course? because I want to do bank/government jobs.

Yes you can do that. If you’re applying in a university that conducts entrance for admission then please aoply there.
some universities like DU give admission on merit basis. So 2.5% from your aggregate will be deducted while admission because you’re changing your stream from science to commerce
