Hi aspirant.
If Selection of degree course will be some confusion for you then you may see that Bsc physics and Bsc electronics are both different streams and have their own benift and difficult levels.
As physics deals with the laws of matter and motion objects and wave theories.
And the electronics deals with lot of derivations and equations and theorems.
So when comparing both bsc physics is somewhat easier and lot of students choose it.
So its your choice to choose once go through the subjects in both streams then you will be able to decide clearly
