It is never too late. From today forget all the past and start your preparation afresh. First read and understand the basic concepts of all the chapters of the syllabus. Then practice previous years question papers. Don't waste your time thinking about rubbish things and concentrate on studies. If you need then join a good coaching for neet preparation and study accordingly. Take care about time management and study everyday. Hardwork leads to success.

Best of luck.
