Yes,it will have a very positive affect to get a good colleges,you have 1 years of Job experience in Amazon,and most of the colleges prefer Candidates who are having some job experience,rather than those who don't have any job experience.So yes it will make a plus point in your CAT score,and yes you have great chance to get call from many IIMs.
