I have 2592 rank in general and 377 in mbc category can i get ec,cs, eee, meh in ceg, mit, psg, ssn?

With 2592 rank in general category in TNEA, you can get CSE and ECE in PSG, according to round 1 cutoffs of TNEA seat allotment (2018). You can check out previous year cutoffs from this link:

Also, go through further round's cutoffs for a better idea.
